Ο βασιλιάς του Μπουτάν & η ωραιότερη βασίλισσα του κόσμου περιμένουν το δεύτερο παιδί τους

Καθώς το Μπουτάν γιόρτασε χθες την εθνική του ημέρα, ο βασιλιάς του ο Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck ανακοίνωσε ότι η σύζυγός του, η βασίλισσα Jetsum Pema περιμένει το δεύτερο τους παιδί.

Κατά τη διάρκεια της ομιλίας του στο στάδιο Thimphu Changlimithang, ο βασιλιάς είπε ότι αυτός και η βασίλισσα «είναι πολύ χαρούμενοι και αναμένουν τη γέννηση του» που θα γίνει την άνοιξη του 2020.

Επίσης ο βασιλιάς του ο Jigme Khesar Namgyel Wangchuck πρόσθεσε πως έαν αυτό το παιδί είναι κορίτσι, θα είναι δεύτερο στην γραμμή του θρόνου του Μπουτάν, αναφέρει το royalcentral.co.uk.

Το ζευγάρι έχει ένα γιο, τον πρώτο διάδοχο του στέμματος Jigme Namgyel Wangchuck, ο οποίος γεννήθηκε στις 5 Φεβρουαρίου 2016 στο παλάτι Lingkana στο Thimphu του Μπουτάν.

Highlights from the Royal Address on the 112th National Day His Majesty The King announced that Gyalsung (National Service) would be instituted. It is an initiative that will address some of the concerns His Majesty shared with the people in the National Day Royal Address. Gyalsung will commence from 2022, as a year-long training for those attaining the age of 18. The one year training will include a 3-month military style training, and a 9-month program in areas like agriculture sciences, entrepreneurship, computers and coding, health sciences, etc. Gyalsung will provide direction and encourage our youth to be strong, independent thinkers, capable of serving the country. It will bring the youth of Bhutan together in a shared experience and act as a rite of passage- irrespective of their economic or regional backgrounds. With this initiative, we are placing an immense responsibility on the shoulders of our children, and assuming an even greater responsibility ourselves, to nurture them and ensure their success.
